If you are an individual client of Williams, Moore, Shockley, Harrison, LLP, all nonpublic personal information that we receive from you will be held by us in confidence, and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of our firm, except: (a) as agreed to by you, (b) as necessary to provide the professional service you have requested, or (c) as otherwise expressly required by law. We retain records relating to our professional services so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with the professional guidelines to which we are subject. In order to protect your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, procedural and other appropriate safeguards.
